What we collect

We collect your email address when you sign up, and the sports and venues you select. We store a session cookie to keep you logged in.

To keep accounts secure and your feed working, and to understand where visitors come from and how people use FanFeed, we record the IP address and browser or calendar app of sign ins and feed refreshes, the page you first arrived on and the site that sent you, your device type and language, and which add to calendar button you tap. Individual feed refreshes are kept for 90 days, after which only daily totals remain.

If you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment. We receive a customer ID and subscription status from Stripe but never see or store your card details.

How we use it

Your email is used to send sign in links, setup help, trial and plan reminders, updates on sports or venues you asked for, and occasional product news. Your sport preferences are used solely to build your personalised calendar feed.

Every email except a sign in link has an unsubscribe link, and you can choose which emails you get at any time under Emails in your account.

We do not sell your data, serve ads, or share your information with third parties except as needed to operate the service (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, and Google Analytics to measure how the site is used).

Data retention

Your account and data are retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@fanfeed.tv.

Cookies

We set one session cookie to keep you logged in. Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count visits and see which pages are useful. No advertising cookies are used.
